Following the links given at the start of this thread, Yahoo was named among the companies supporting these technologies. Bing and Google were not named. Seeing as I didn't know whether or not Bing or Google were going to support the Common Tag, I thought I'd better ask! (This forum is brilliant! I really appreciate the way experts monitor the threads, and make sure that any mistaken ideas get corrected.)

I'm worried that it is the start of an idea that can be used to abuse the system.

Would the whole RDFa stuff get dumped like meta keywords once it gets spammed to hell?

Trying to spam will only result spamming yourself and obviously it will cause you harm and not the systems supporting this tag.

Why? One best practice in SEO is to optimize pages for one keyword. If you feel that more might be missing, for example the homepage, you may use up to four. More than that, you are shooting yourself in your own foot.
